What is Diabetic Nephropathy?

What does it effect?
It affects the kidneys, damaging the small tiny blood vessels that filter waste from the blood in the kidney. It also affects the heart and increases the risk of high BP and heart disease. It can affects the whole body due to fluid build up, swelling and waste remnants in the bloodstream.
Cause and diagnosis
Diabetic nephropathy is not something that can be caught but instead something that develops as a a result of diabetes. It develops over time as blood sugar and blood pressure are not controlled well.
It can be diagnosed on the by the lab analysis.
